Ryanair launches Lithuania summer 2017 schedule

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today launched its Lithuania summer 2017 schedule, with 5 new summer services from Palanga to Glasgow and Vilnius to Berlin, Leeds Bradford, Malta and Oslo, and 32 routes in total, which will deliver 1.4m customers p.a. and support 1,000* jobs at Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga airports.

Ryanair’s new Vilnius base opened on 30th October with 2 aircraft (an investment of $200m), which underlines Ryanair’s commitment to growing routes, jobs and traffic in Lithuania. Ryanair will continue to offer customers lower fares, and an even better customer experience, as it rolls out year 3 of its “Always Getting Better” customer experience programme, and its Lithuanian summer 2017 schedule will deliver:

Vilnius

  • 2 new based aircraft ($200m investment)
  • 4 new summer routes to Berlin (3 weekly), Leeds Bradford (2 weekly), Malta (2 weekly) & Oslo (daily)
  • 18 routes in total
  • 775,000 customers p.a.
  • 600* “on-site” jobs p.a.

Kaunas

  • 2 based aircraft
  • 12 routes including Copenhagen (daily), Dublin (5 weekly) & London (11 weekly)
  • 600,000 customers p.a.
  • 450* “on-site” jobs p.a.

Palanga

  • 1 new route to Glasgow (2 weekly)
  • 2 routes in total including London Stansted (2 weekly)
  • 60,000 customers p.a.
  • 50* “on-site” jobs p.a.

Ryanair is the ideal choice for business and leisure customers, who can now book their flights to/from the Lithuania up to October 2017, choosing from 32 routes in summer 2017, on the lowest fares.
