Ryanair celebrates new routes from Kaunas to Comiso and Knock Ireland West
Ryanair, Europe’s favourite low fares airline, today (3rd April) celebrates two new routes from Kaunas Airport to Comiso and Knock Ireland West. The route from Kaunas to Comiso will operate twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays and the route from Kaunas to Knock Ireland West once a week on Thursdays.
Both of these new routes started today and they mark the opening of Ryanair’s summer schedule in Lithuania. In total Ryanair operates 19 low fares routes on its Kaunas 2014 summer schedule and 12 low fares routes in Vilnius.
Ryanair’s Elina Hakkarainen said today in Kaunas:
"Ryanair is delighted to celebrate the opening of our two new routes in Kaunas. Ryanair offers a great variety of destinations from Kaunas this summer season and encourages Lithuanians to book their low fares summer holidays fast! This is the first summer where Ryanair customers can enjoy a free small second carry-on bag, “quiet flights”, allocated seats and use their personal electronic devices at all stages of their flight, making Ryanair the ideal choice for families and friends looking to get away this summer.
To celebrate the start of the new routes from Kaunas to Comiso and Knock, Ryanair is releasing a seat sale at prices starting from just 69LT for travel in May and June. These special sale seats are available on selected Ryanair’s Lithuanian routes, like Kaunas to Frankfurt-Hahn and Oslo Rygge, for booking until midnight Monday (7 April) and since seats at these crazy low prices will be snapped up quickly, we urge passengers to book them immediately on www.ryanair.com.”
