New destination from Kaunas - Reykjavik
Icelandic carrier WOW air will connect Kaunas to Reykjavik (KEF) starting from 11th of June. The airline will operate a 168 seater Airbus A320-200 on the route. The flights will be operated once a week – on Mondays.

Adding Reykjavik to Kaunas flight map we have a total of 24 destinations to choose from for our passengers” – spoke Jurate Baltrusaityte, Commercial Manager of Kaunas Airport.
WOW air is a young airline, founded in 2011, operating a fleet of Airbus A320-200 aircraft. The flight network covers 12 European airports, Kaunas will be the 13th one. WOW air fares include taxes and baggage allowance of up to 20 kg for each passenger. WOW air guarantees safe and comfortable trip, offering spacious aircraft for the long-legged, healthy nourishment for the health conscious and happy friendly staff for all passengers.
The new route to Reykjavik is the 24 destination from Kaunas for the summer of 2012, next to flights to Palma de Mallorca, Malta, Cyprus, Dublin, London (Stansted, Gatwick, Luton), Liverpool, Frankfurt Hahn, Birmingham, Brussels, Bristol, Oslo, Tampere, Edinburgh, Alicante, Rhodes, Kos, Stockholm, Leeds Bradford and Moscow.
